This section presents a number of projects communicated using different media: video, audio recordings, panels, and publications on paper.

Browsing through ideas is a selection of micro-stories, “fragments” of projects from the infant-toddler centers and preschools; Look and Listen Projects includes videos of projects originating from the dialogue between the culture of childhood and the city of Reggio Emilia.

A collection of wonderful ideas, microstories, children’s thoughts and theories, fragments of projects: an open and engaging folder of new and different contributions of children and teachers that, with a particular narrative and iconic synthesis, keep a trace of the basic project but express new concepts that can generate enormous educational potentials, able to elicit new ideas and new proposals.

What characterizes the dialogue, the reciprocal listening, the cultural and political interweavings between the city of Reggio Emilia and its schools is the common intent to give visibility to children, their culture and their competencies, to promote the rights of children to inhabit, from the moment they are born, the cultural, political, and institutional places of the city and to sustain the strong bond between the destiny of children and of adults to create the essential premises of a true right to citizenship.

The aim of these projects, for viewing and listening to, is to make visible the many and diverse possibilities of dialogue between the culture of childhood and the cultural contemporaneity of the city.
